We ship your purchase /order within 2 working days of order placement. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 3-4 working days in major cities and 5 to 12 working days for other location.

We will send you mail while shipping your purchase and you can also track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery.

If we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

 Shipping Policy:-

 1. We presently deliver to most of cities across India; COD is at few locations (will get details while placing order & using pin code).

 2. We ship items within 2 working days of order placement. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers.

 3. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your purchase/order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the un shipped part of the order shall be refunded in the manner you have made the payment. (See note below)

4. To ensure that your purchase/order reaches to you on time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies / India post. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

 5. If you see that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and please call our Customer Care at (+91) 172-4638500 or email us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 6. If your location not falls in courier company list, we will deliver your purchase through India-Post service.

 Please Note- 

When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked.

 our Customer Care Expert will call you on your specified phone number while placing the order within 24 hours to confirm your order before it gets dispatched.

 If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact Customer care on (+91) 172- 4638500 to confirm the purchases within 24 hours of making the purchase.

 Failing to confirm the purchase will lead to cancellation.

 Please keep to specified amount ready at the time of delivery.(only indian rupees currency accepted)

 Please note -

In case a Cash-on-Delivery order is shipped through India post VPP service , then India Post might levy an additional charge of 5% of invoice value which will be collected by the local post-office at the time of delivery from you.

 7. As per Income tax regulations, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.

 8. We will send you mail & SMS on registered mobile number while shipping your product.

Please Note:

In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount by us. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know at if you face any issues with the same.
