glupick.com return policy is very easy , customer friendly & hassle free.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase , you may return it for a glu cashcard .

Please note -Return Product should be unworn, without any mark, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery for an exchange.

You will be issued a glu cashcard only for the item(s) you are returning for your future purchase on glupick.com.

 

While shipping the Box ,Send us an email at customercare@glupick.com to inform us about the returns shipment mentioning the original order ID number, Way Bill Number & the respective courier for the returned Consignment.

Please note- Box should be close with adhesive tape of good quality.

(A) Return Shipping charges.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise. If you have received a tampered box please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the merchandise.

But if you are returning a purchase for a exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping and ensure that the purchased product should reach us in a good condition. We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure that they comply with our returns guidelines. We will then let you know your glu cashcard code.

(B) If I ordered the wrong size, and I want an exchange.

Firstly, please ensure that the product you wish to exchange follows our returns guidelines.

Then please call us on (+91 172-4638500) or mail us customercare@glupick.com

1. Put the item(s) which you want to exchange along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in the shipping Box.

2. Seal the box with an tape and send us the packed box through your preferred courier service to the the

3. If you require exchange , we will do ( depend of availability of  size & color ) , otherwise we will  refund the amount , not shipping chrages .

 


 

 Please note- Courier charges not to be refund in case of exchange of wrong size ordered by you.

(C) Product you ordered ,But you don't like.

If you don’t like the product you ordered , please return the product to us at the following address

 Once we receive your courier, we will issue refund .

 

Please note- There is no policy to refund the courier charges if you returned the product you do not like.

 

(D ) If you received wrong or damaged product.

If you received the wrong & damaged product . which rarely happens . Please call us on (+91 172-4638500 ) or send us mail at customercare@glupick.com , if your city fall in our pick up facility , we will pick the product with in 3-5days from the time request for pick up has been raised. In case you require a refund, we will process your request once we received the product back from you .

After receiving the product back from you , we will issue glu cashcard of Rs.100 to reimburse the courier charges.

(a) Due to hygienic standards of certain items ,we regret we can't accept back the following items

like Perfumes, Panty /Briefs & Contraceptives. will not be returnable.

(b) Product that are sold as pack can't be returned as individual items.

(c ) Gift cards are non refundable.

(d) Gift box charges are non refundable .

(e) Items sold in sale, stock clearance, special promotions, Special Discount , having no return policy for that.


Please note- our expert team will check that the return product should be unworn, without any

mark, unwashed merchandise. Expert team decision will be treat as final.

 

Please note- if you want to exchange the item which you received as gift from you love ones , you have to follow our return policy . You have to bear the courier expenses of return & receive back.

Glu cashcard-

The value of the glu cashcard calculated like Value of the item(s) returned minus discount voucher, shipping charges & Cash on delivery charges (if applicable).

Please note- You will get Glu cashcard code on your valid email id (which is in our record )


Cancellation & Modification Policy  :                                              


You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse before shipping. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back to you.

a.) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Ans: Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at  (+91 172-4638500) or sending mail at customercare@glupick.com


b.) I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

Ans: If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.

 If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.
Please note- On cancellations of your order , you will get a mail from our customer care team for your confirmation.
